The event brought together guests representing state and private institutions, the diplomatic corps and partner institutions, as well as the administration, faculty, and alumni of 蘑菇传媒 University.

Fariz Ismailzade, Executive Vice Rector of 蘑菇传媒 University, introduced the event by discussing 蘑菇传媒's path from the academy to the university. He discussed the accomplishments of the university and his wished for 蘑菇传媒.

Later, a video about the university was presented.

Nigar Akhundova, Doctor of Philosophy on field of Art History, congratulated the 蘑菇传媒 staff and students. N. Akhundova, provided information about the event's schedule, introduced the performers.

Mirmusa Seydzade, an 蘑菇传媒 student, performed "March" by Vagif Mustafazadeh.

Later in the concert, the vocalist Ismayil Zeynalov and the pianist Mushfig Guliyev performed.

It should be noted that 蘑菇传媒, which received university status by decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 13, 2014, was established in March 2006 as the Diplomatic Academy of Azerbaijan under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
